Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for SaskHost hosting services by SaskSoftware.
1. VPS Hosting Refunds
- 48-Hour Refund Window: If your VPS has not been successfully provisioned within 48 hours of payment, you are eligible for a full refund.
- After Provisioning: Once your VPS is active and operational, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
- Unused Time: If you cancel mid-cycle, no prorated refunds will be provided for the remaining period.
2. Shared Hosting Refunds
- 7-Day Refund Policy: New shared hosting accounts are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.
- After 7 Days: No refunds will be issued for shared hosting after the 7-day period.
3. Cancellation Process
- You can cancel your service at any time from your control panel.
- Cancelled services will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- All data associated with cancelled services will be permanently deleted 7 days after the billing period ends.
- It is your responsibility to back up your data before cancellation.
4. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- INR gateway refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
- PayPal refunds typically take 3-5 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Domain registrations (if applicable).
- Setup fees (if any).
- Services suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations.
- Services used for illegal or abusive activities.
